HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHASE!

A certain young man has celebrated his 10th birthday, with good food, plus cake/ice cream! It now requires 2 numbers for his age, and he is proud! Here's the card I made for him, which wasn't nearly as important as the folding stuff his Paw Paw put in it.
