HAPPY BIRTHDAY PEGGY!

Oh, no!  It's the BIG ONE.............#60.  My niece is celebrating her birthday today.  She now join's the 60's group!  Thanks to my friend, Dolores, for making her a cute LSU necklace.  Hoping she has a wonderful day.  This is the card I made for her.
